Job responsibilities:
On Junior L2 position you will be responsible for support both external and internal Client’s:
• During escalation process
• With problem solving and creating solutions for issues claimed by 1st line Engineers
• With advising on appropriate solutions
• You will develop your trouble shouting and testing skills
• You will be responsible for technical documentation

Requirements:
• If you speak English fluently
• Problem-solving comes naturally to you
• You have some experience in troubleshooting and testing
• You wish to develop your skills in systems designing, recommendations, and configurations
• VPN technologies (IPSec and VPN clients), Network Security (SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS), Authentication systems (LDAP, MS AD etc.) and protocols (TTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS) sound familiar to you…
